The Independence Blue Cross client wanted to market their own software as a software as a service (SaaS) for other insurance companies to use. I worked as part of an onshore team along with an offshore team on developing a new Client Portal web site. We worked with an agile methodology SCRUM by the book. The project completed ahead of schedule as it was very overstaffed. The architecture was AngularJS and JavaScript on the front-end and WCF for back end SOAP services.
